When will the goods be shipped after payment?

After payment, LUMA COFFEE will arrange roasting within 48 hours of order confirmation, ensuring that the coffee reaches you in its freshest and most ideal state.

How is shipping calculated?

Free shipping for local Hong Kong orders over HK$300.

Orders under HK$300 will be charged a HK$20 shipping fee.

Where will the coffee be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong and delivered by SF EXPRESS, reducing wait times so you can enjoy your coffee sooner.

Which coffee should I choose?

You can start with the Coffee Collection and choose based on your preferred flavor profile.

Will you grind the coffee beans for me?

All drip bag coffee products are pre-ground and ready for brewing.

Packaged coffee products are sold as whole beans by default to preserve their full flavor and freshness.

If you do not have a grinder, we offer a complimentary grinding service. When placing your order, please specify your brewing method in the remarks (e.g., pour-over, French press, AeroPress, or espresso machine), and we will grind the beans accordingly.

How long can coffee beans be stored?

For the best flavor, it is recommended to consume within 30 to 60 days of receipt.

Please store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Can I return the product after receiving it?

As coffee is a food product, we generally do not accept returns or refunds based on personal taste or for opened products.

If the product is damaged during shipping, you receive the wrong item, or there is a clear quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
