Thank you for shopping with LUMA COFFEE.


We want every order to arrive in the best possible condition. Most orders are freshly roasted and prepared for dispatch after payment confirmation.


Order Processing


LUMA COFFEE generally roasts and dispatches orders within 48 hours of order confirmation.


Processing times may be extended during public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other exceptional circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.


Delivery Service


All local Hong Kong orders are generally shipped via SF Express.


Shipping Fees


We offer free shipping within Hong Kong under either of the following conditions:


  • Purchase any two items and enjoy free shipping.
  • Spend HK$300 or more in a single order and enjoy free shipping.


Orders that do not meet either condition will incur a shipping fee of HK$20.


Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No promotional code is required.


Delivery Time


Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 1–3 business days.


Actual delivery times may vary depending on SF Express arrangements and the delivery location.


Shipping Information


Please ensure that your recipient name, contact number, and delivery address are accurate when placing an order.


If incorrect or incomplete delivery information results in failed delivery, delays, or additional shipping charges, the customer may be responsible for the associated costs.


Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives with visibly damaged packaging, missing items, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Kindly provide your order details and relevant photographs so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


Exceptional Circumstances


In the event of inventory adjustments, logistical disruptions, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, LUMA COFFEE may need to adjust dispatch times or delivery arrangements.


We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
